I recently had the pleasure of reflexology treatment from Janet. My experience was far beyond my expectations. I had reflexology treatments before by others, but they always turned out to be so painful that I seriously considered not ever getting them again. I am so glad that I found Janet with the magical hands! The sense of peace and tranquility during the treatment was just so far beyond relaxing that I probably would have stayed there all day sleeping. Janet has given me massage, energy tune-ups, cranial sacral therapy and a host of others during my time here. I always look forward to these magical moments with the wonderful lady with the magical, soothing hands! I was talking with Janet about my ovarian cysts, and wondered if there was anything non-surgical that I could do to alleviate the symptoms that are associated with them. She suggested "Integrative Energy Therapy." I tried it and was amazed that I could feel that kind of energy flow throughout my body. Upon my following physical, I was informed by my physician that my cysts were gone. I believe that the therapy that I received from Janet was key in my healing. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try other options other than surgery or traditional medicine.
I had major back surgery performed in August 2007. I started Physical Therapy just a few weeks after my surgery. Four months later, I was still feeling a lot of discomfort and stiffness in my back. I wasn’t sleeping through the nights. I became very depressed. Because of the pain I was experiencing, I was not yet able to return to work.
I went to Janet for Integrative Energy Therapy. After just a three sessions, my pain level decreased tremendously, which enabled me to reduce my medications by more than half. I felt less depressed, and much more relaxed and at peace. Sleeping through the night was no longer a problem. I had an x-ray taken after my fourth session; it showed that my spine was 95% fused (ten weeks earlier it was only slightly fused). At this point, my doctor released me to return to work.
I really believe that the Energy Therapy I received from Janet contributed to my healing. Janet also taught me some techniques that I could do myself at home.
My sessions with Janet were the highlight of my week. I could feel the energy moving through my body, and the stress fading away. My body was relaxed; my mind felt clear. I feel that Integrative Energy Therapy is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, physically and emotionally.

I sought out alternative healing because I experience chronic pain from a serious automobile accident which left me labeled as disabled, and I deal with deep grief from the death of my daughter a few years ago. Receiving Integrative Energy Work incorporated with massage has decreased my pain almost to the point where I can go weeks without any pain medication, and I believe soon I will not need it all together. This work has also helped me in the grieving process and I find that I have less sad days and am able to remember the joy that my daughter brought to me and all those whose lives she touched. When talking with Janet about the negative energy that I was absorbing, she created a blend of essential oils and suggested that I apply them to my chakras.
I feel like I went from being a sponge, to a piece of memory foam. The negativity seems to touch and dent me, but it is quickly thrown back in to the universe. What needs to be dealt with IS, but I do not feel consumed by it. My spirit has been lightened!
